Executive project

Development of the executive project defining in detail the installations of the building and/or infrastructure, so that they can be built in the best possible way.

Project management and implementation

Project management in conjunction with the client with the necessary supervision to achieve the technical quality and energy efficiency within the agreed cost and timeframe of the project and contracted work.

Project outline

Drawing up the project outline detailing the different installations of a building and or/infrastructure so that the technical plan can be approved, meeting all the necessary regulatory requirements to obtain a building permit.

Health and safety coordination

Development of the health and safety study, approval of the health and safety plan and the supervision and coordination of all the building processes to ensure that health and safety measures on the site are complied with.
