Legal Director Plans

Building Permits

Implementation of projects and applications for building projects (minor, technical suitability reports, major, etc.), with prior advice and support during the works, dealing with the inspection body and administration and the issuer of the final works certificate.

Legalisation of installations subject to specific regulations

Preparation and handling of the dossier to register the technical installations in the industrial installations register held by the administration (Electricity, Air Conditioning, Pressure Equipment, Gas, Refrigeration facilities, Fire Protection Systems).

Coordination of health and safety and quality control for legal adaptation work

Fulfilment of all the provisions specified in Royal Decree 1627/1997 on health and safety requirements applicable to construction works, approval of the safety plans for the contracted industries and the management of subcontractor in accordance with ORP (Occupational Risk Prevention) legislation. As well as coordinating construction works and carrying out the relevant risk assessments.

Self-protection plans and their implementation

Drafting and standardisation of the self-protection plan, training, simulations (in the office and on site) and maintenance of the self-protection plan.
