ECOSYNERGY is part of the SUSTAIN project, which aims to boost the building construction market by involving SMEs in both innovation and digital transformation.

ECOSYNERGY seeks to revolutionize building and energy performance assessment in the certification sectors by innovatively integrating Smart Readiness Indicators. It introduces a disruptive methodology that replaces traditional and labor-intensive approaches with a more dynamic, data-driven, and scalable model.

The project's primary goal is to integrate the pre-analysis of the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) with SRI (Smart Readiness Indicators) calculations to create a dynamic building assessment methodology. This initiative not only addresses a critical gap but also creates a new diversified market segment within the current building assessment and EPC services market.

The project is a collaboration between the two WATTEGA companies: ARCbcn and ERF.
